At the beginning, it was the growing of a starter that interested me the most. Watching my first starter growing bubbles is pure satisfaction.
As I make more sourdough at home, I encounter many difficulties. Sometimes the sourdough is flat. Sometimes the texture is gummy. Sometimes the crumb is too big and irregular..
I know it is frustrating that the result isn’t as good as you expected especially when you have spent endless hours on it. I have been there.
